To celebrate the new branch launch of Crystal Jade in Times Square and New Town Mall, a creative video wall game was created to engage with fans and a chatbot was also used to magnify the overall campaign noise. We leveraged the signature dish “Xiao Long Bao” as the key creative and fans needed to guess the total amount of “Xiao Long Bao” in the video in order to win the $100 e-coupon.
To join the game, participants had to leave a comment "I want to eat Xiao Long Bao!". They needed to count the number of dumplings shown in the video feed, and then type the answer in the chatbot. The first 100 participants who answered correctly would receive a broadcast of winning a coupon. Everything in here is organized and automatic.
